I feel like time's been passing by so fast lately that it's almost like blur already and to be honest with you, sometimes the only thing I remember from a certain day is the album I put on instead of the actual events.
For the longest time, I've really been wanting to make a music-related post. But, it just never really crossed my mind until a few days ago. Since it's a holiday today, I was able to set aside some time to make this! Yay!
1. Reese Lansangan - Arigato, Internet! // I discovered her song "Exploration No. 5" on one cold day while I was on a bus in Iceland and my Spotify playlist was on shuffle. Probably the best thing that happened to me, really. I guess aside from the beautiful songs, another thing that I really love about this album is that it reminds me of Iceland. Also, once I looked into the singer, she pretty much inspired me to try out different things art-related!
2. Halsey - Badlands // Also another album I only got to start getting into in Iceland! I've had the album in my phone for a long time prior to my trip but I guess I never really had the chance to listen to it. I only started actually listening to Badlands when there was no wifi in the hotel room, so that's pretty much how I fell in love with Badlands!
3. Melanie Martinez - Crybaby // I've honestly been listening to Crybaby for the longest time, it's just a different kind of music (the good kind, of course!) I probably play the album almost everyday!
4. Kina Grannis - Elements // Another album I've been listening to for forever. It just has this very 'chill' vibe to it and Kina Grannis' voice is just so sweet and calming! Perfect to listen to when you're going on a long walk on the beach.
