Things To Do On The Airplane

Hello everyone! Today I will be giving you guys things to do on the airplane whenever you're bored since a friend requested it. Although, I'm only putting a few because honestly I don't really do anything else aside from these things.

#1 Sleep
After the whole trip to the airport and all the things you had to do there too, you might be really tired so why not just rest?

#2 Watch a Movie
If you have those screens in front of you (which would be really great if you have a long flight!) you should watch a movie that you might like.

#3 Talk To The Person Beside You
The person beside me is usually my mom  or dad, meaning I usually talk to them during the flight. But then if its a stranger, I don't talk at all. Although, if you want to make new friends, why not?

#4 Eat
Who doesn't like eating?

#5 Play Games
You should try playing the games on the screen other than just watching movies. It's kind of a good way to play with the other passengers since they're usually playing too! It's usually lots of fun!

#6 Read
Pull out your book and relax!

Hope you enjoyed that post! Watch out later and I will be posting something! It's a surprise! :-)

Figaro Coffee

Hello everyone! I hope you guys had a Happy Holiday! :-)

So earlier, we went to Shangri-la Mall and ate dinner there. After that, we shopped a bit and went to Figaro since the movie was still 30 minutes later.

Some shots around the café

I ordered some Chocolate Eclair, which tasted amazing!

My parents' coffees, which had really great art on it!

A close up shot of the coffee.

Alright, that's it for today, hope you enjoyed! :-)

Reasons To Be Thankful

Tuesday, December 9, 2014
#1 You Wake Up Everyday
If you're sad, think about it, it's a new day and a new start. So much possibilities could happen, make the most of it, do not let sadness come in your way!

#2 The Internet
Without the internet, you wouldn't be able to connect with people, and we wouldn't be able to watch Youtube to amuse us, or Twitter to share our thoughts.

#3 Food
Food makes me happy. Especially when it's my comfort food we're talking about.

#4 Your Home
Home is a place where you could be sad, happy, excited and etc. So be happy since you have one, remember others do not have a home, be thankful.

#5 Loving Family and Friends
Family and friends always helps you whenever you need help or simply celebrate joy with you.

#6 Weekends
We all have school stresses, and weekends have basically saved you. It's like two days of relaxation!

#7 Vacations
Who doesn't enjoy a long period of time of relaxation and fun?

#8 Songs
Songs just instantly make me feel better when I have a bad day.

#9 Movie Marathons
I love movie marathons so much. That is all.

Ok, hope you enjoyed this post! Hopefully a new post by Saturday! BTW, did you notice my new blog title? ;-) Anyways, comment down below the reasons you are thankful!

Edsa Shangri-La Paparazzi

Monday, December 8, 2014
Hello everyone! Today my mother celebrated her birthday. So as usual, we went out to eat so that we could celebrate properly! :-)

We ate at Paparazzi, which is located in Edsa Shangri-La Ortigas.

The iced tea for my refreshment!

Some bread that we dipped in olive oil which tasted dee-lish-ous

For the appetizers, my mother and I ordered the lobster soup while my dad ordered the salad.

For the main course, my dad and I had the lamb chop while my mom had halibut- which was basically fish.

For dessert we had layered ice cream that tasted good as well.

This was already in SM Mega Mall, where we went shopping. At the end of the day, we stayed at Akiba Café and I ordered the Vanilla Twist. Which tasted so... Creamy!

That's it for today, hope you enjoyed this post! :-)

Are You Feeling Guilty?

Sunday, December 7, 2014
Well, if you are, you have come to the right place. I have created a list which is consisting of 3 tips on how to make you feel less guilty.

#1 Do The Right Thing
If you have done something wrong and you know that it's wrong, usually, you'd feel guilty. Honestly, the only thing that you can do to make the guilt go away is to do the right thing- for example you have accidentally made your friend cry or you have saddened her, say sorry. That "sorry" would not hurt at all and trust me, a simple sincere sorry is better than having to go through something worse like losing that friend.

#2 Do Not Think Of It All The Time
If you think of it almost all the time, your time would be wasted. I say get up and do some action, solve this problem. Dwelling on the thoughts of guilt will not do anything, it will just make you feel worse. As I said in #1, Do The Right Thing.

#3 Open Up To Someone Whom You Trust
At some point, you will have to open up. If you just keep this to yourself, you will feel bad. But then if you open up to someone like your mom, your dad, your siblings or to anyone you trust, they might be able to help you and talk to you to make you feel better. They might even give you more advise! :)

I hope that this has helped you guys, have a great night! :)

How To Review Better

Hello everyone! Today, I'll giving you some of my tips on how to review better! I've already done another post VERY similar to this, but I thought, why not make this anyways? But if you'd like to see it, it's over here!

#1 Blue n' Yellow
I don't know about you, but for me whenever I try to memorize something, I get yellow pad and write with blue ink on it. I actually end up with good results most of the time.

#2 Easy Ones Come First!
When I have LOADS of things to do, I actually do the one I like the most because it motivates me to do more.

#3 Creativity
If I have lots of time on my hands and there's not much work to do, I usually find myself ending up drawing random typographies and doodles on my notes just because it motivates me. Also, it makes studying fun! Adding a little color won't hurt! ;-)

#4 Manage Your Time Well
This is probably the most important tip out of the five. Well aside from studying, I'm sure you also have other priorities. You could always set your alarm on your phone. A number of minutes/hours for each matter, depending on how much you need to work on it.

#5 Keep Away All Distractions
This is honestly the HARDEST one for me. I am basically attached to my phone. But then, whenever I have to review, I put it in some kind of cabinet.

That's it for this blog post, I hope you enjoyed!

Motivational Thursday // Courage

Thursday, December 4, 2014
Hello everyone! From now on, I will try to post weekly about inspirational quotes and trying to figure about the deeper meanings! I hope you all enjoy! By the way, all of these quotes are from brainy quote.com

He who is not courageous enough to take risks will accomplish nothing in life.

For me, I think that this quote means that life is too short to not try out new things. If we don't try out new things, we will never learn. We would just hear all of the lessons from others but then we would not be able to have the actual first hand experience. I mean imagine, if we you to die today, tomorrow or even next year and you did not nothing in your entire life because you were beaten by fear, what would you be remembered as? You would not be remembered as someone unique, you would not stand out.

I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.

This basically means that you have the power to be able to conquer your fear and stand strong. If you were to be conquered by fear, you would not be able to experience what you could have or be able to know your inner-most potentials. Fear has basically controlled you. If you are the brave man, imagine all the things you would be able to do since you are able to control yourself, and fear won't. You could do different amazing things if you have the courage.

THIS IS BASICALLY ONE OF MY FAVES. Do not EVER live by people's thinkings. It's your life, it's your choice. If they don't like what you are doing, then it's fine, it's their opinion, we all have our own opinions. Do not ever be discouraged by their thinkings, do what makes you happy. You only have been blessed with ONE life, YOUR life. It has been given to you to do what you really want to do. The other people have their lives too, so they can live theirs with whatever they want to do as well. Do not be afraid, it is your choice.

I hope you guys have been inspired! That is all for today. Bye! <3

New Years' Resolution List

Sunday, November 30, 2014
We haven't even gone through Christmas and I'm already making this post, excited much? Haha!

The reason why I'm making this post is because I want to try to make a difference earlier, anyways, let's start with this list!

#1 Post More On My Blog
For the past months, I haven't exactly posted a lot since I had loads of schoolwork to do, but starting 2015, I will try to post twice to thrice a week!

#2 Wake Up Earlier
Every weekend, holiday or break, I always wake up at around 10 am to 11am which results to me not being able to really enjoy mornings :-( But starting 2015, I will wake up earlier!

#3 Try Out New Things
There are so much good things to do in life, so why not try them out?

#4 Be More Productive, Procrastinate Less
I procrastinate a lot, which results to me not getting work done... With 2015 coming our way, I will try to be more productive and get work done quickly!

#5 Use My Phone Less
The phone has made me talk to the people around me less, I also get easily distracted by it. This year, I promise to only use my phone when I really have to and talk to the people around me more! :-)

Comment down below the similarites of our list! <3

That's it for this post, hope you guys enjoyed!

The Christmas Tag

Sunday, November 16, 2014
Hello everyone! For this blog post, I have decided to do the Christmas tag which I have gotten the questions from here. Lets get started!

1. What is your favourite Christmas Movie/s?

I don't particularly have any favorite Christmas movie, I know, that's pretty sad :(

2. Do you open your presents on Christmas Eve or Christmas morning?

Well, sometimes, when my classmates and friends give me Christmas gifts, I open them immediately... Even if it's only the start of November or something...
(I know I'm really impatient) But sometimes I open some gifts at Christmas Eve which are usually from my relatives since I go to my grandparents' house at Christmas Eve and they give the gifts by then. I open some on Christmas morning too, so I guess I open on both occassions.

3. Do you have a favourite Christmas memory?

No, not yet, since I'm still young, who knows, I might have one in the future! Or... I just forgot, I'm REALLY forgetful!

4. Favourite festive food?

This is quite hard... I think it would either be ham or cake.

5. Favourite Christmas gift?

I love all of my gifts! :-)

6. Favourite Christmas scent?

I really like the scent of pinecone and lime, which is the scent of my Yankee candle, which I burn almost all the time.

7. Do you have any Christmas Eve traditions?

Whenever it's Christmas Eve, at around 10 o'clock I leave my house to go to my grandparents' house to wait for Christmas Day, while we wait, we eat... a lot.

8. What tops your tree?

A shiny star!

9. As a kid what was the one (crazy, wild, extravagant) gift you always asked for but never received?

Um... Probably like a really big bouncy house or a gigantic slide in my room... Hahaha!

10. What's the best part about Christmas for you?

Everything! I even wrote a whole blog post just for it, which you can view!

So that's all, hope you enjoyed and felt all  christmassy ;-)

Q & A With Sophia

Saturday, November 15, 2014
Hello everyone! Today we'll do a Q & A with Sophia! Her answers are absolutely adorable, inspirational and hilarious. Thanks for answering my questions, Sophia! Hope to see you next time! xx

Questions;
1. What do you usually like to do when you're bored?

2. What do you do when you're sad?

3. What do you do when you're happy?

4. Do you believe in the saying YOLO?

5. What is your comfort food?

6. If you are a student, answer letter A, if you already graduated please answer letter B.

a.) Would you rather have tons of homework all crammed in one week and get the school year over with, or would you rather only have 1 homework per week but have a longer school year?

b.) Would you rather have tons of work due by the end of the day and get a big raise, or have less amount of work due by the end of the day also but have a smaller amount of raise?

7. What are your top places to go to?

8. What is the most amazing thing you have done in your lifetime?

9. Would you rather live forever or die within the week?

10. What was your best experience ever?

Answers;
1) I would probably be looking at the ceiling, humming songs over and over again or thinking about my future (um what)

2) I would write a lot and forget about it.

3) When I'm happy, I laugh. A lot. For thirty minutes.

4) YOLO… hmm, what can I say? Well I don't exactly believe in it because we all only die once. But applying "YOLO", it's like making a bucketlist out of pure evil just to die.

5) TURON! Omg I LOVE this so frikin much.

6) 1 piece of homework per week. Even if it would take a longer time, I would be less stressed. Apparently if everything would be crammed, my hair would fall off and I won't learn anything (headaches)

7) I don't go to much places but my favorite destination would be in Cebu, Bohol. I GET TO SEE TARSIERS, MAN! And since I don't travel much, I would LOVE to go to England. I may be pure Filipino but I am an Anglophile as well *cough* Harry Potter *cough*

8) Amazing thing I've done? Hike inside a cave when I was eight. Full of enchanted things in there, by the way. Haha #ImSoBrave

9) Oh wow. If I were to live forever, I would probably be bored of this world so I will make numerous experiments and be awesome. *flips hair* If I were to live in one week, I will apply YOLO in my life. I have my bucketlist!

10) Oh! I was invited to a premier of "The Croods", front row seats. Then, I won the raffle (YEAH, GOT PRIZES HAHA) held. OOH! There's more! I got interviewed on the channel, "etc" and got shown on tv! (Oops, went out of my limits, I'm not allowed to be shown on tv, says my school)
